Live Estate

The Estate

One boundary. Seven landscapes.

Native forest gives way to orchard avenues, field blocks, glasshouses, a dairy, water bodies and a quiet guest zone. Everything the kitchen serves is grown, milked or milled inside this line.

What We Make

Estate-grown. Estate-made. Estate-selected.

Three honest labels. Grown means it came out of our soil. Made means our kitchen or dairy produced it. Selected means we found something better than we could make, from growers we know by name.

The Loop

Forest → Farm → Dairy → Processing → Kitchen → Guests → Soil

Nothing leaves the estate that could have stayed in it. The loop is the design principle, not a report at the end of the year.

Forest

Native canopy holds soil, water and shade.

Farm

Rotation, mulch and compost replace inputs.

Dairy

Herd fed on estate fodder; manure returns to beds.

Processing

Small batches, solar-assisted drying, glass over plastic.

Kitchen

Whole-produce cooking; trim becomes stock or compost.

Guests

Six retreats only — low density by design.

Soil

Everything organic returns to the land it came from.

Estate Journal

Harvest notes, drop dates and films — once a fortnight.
